  NACPI membership

Membership Qualifications: 

NACPI membership is open to individuals employed by a government entity whose primary role is the investigation and enforcement of consumer protection, and consumer protection related laws. Roles include, but are not limited to, sworn law enforcement, detectives, investigators, agents and special agents, attorneys, paralegals, analysts, specialists, examiners. Membership is for individuals engaged in the enforcement of consumer protection laws that include, but are not limited to, false claims, antitrust, data privacy and protection, elder abuse/neglect/financial exploitation, crypto/virtual currency fraud, health fraud, regulatory enforcement, real estate fraud, computer/internet fraud and telecommunication fraud, predatory lending & debt.

Our membership is comprised of commissioned law enforcement and non-commissioned professionals who represent a variety of consumer protection roles and positions, throughout all levels of government.

To start the  membership application  process, please submit your email below, and follow the steps.

Annual membership dues and renewals are based on the fiscal year July 1 through June 30.   Dues are $65.00 USD
